A Shortcut for Weight Loss

Written By: Jones - Nov• 24•14

I have been doing a bit of research on the internet. I am looking for an actually effective way to lose weight without doing all that difficult and boring stuff that the Mayo Clinic tells you to do. Let’s look at this stuff for example, http://www.amazon.com/garcinia-cambogia-extract-potassium-capsules/dp/b00clrusf2/ that is something called garcinia cambogia. It is something, but I can not say what and it is hard to say what it does. They can make claims and they can say a lot of stuff, but they are not really bound by the law to tell the whole and absolute truth. So it is very very difficult to separate the truth of it from the myth associated with it. I get the feeling that there are a good number of people who believe that the stuff works and that is in fact a big part of the reason that it does not work or that it does work. When you think about it, believing in some pill is a big thing, especially when you need to stick to a diet in order to get to where you want to be.

The faith in a drug is often all you have when you are sick. The doctor gives you a pill and tells you it will work a miracle. Of course the doctor does not believe in miracles, but he does not have to believe. He is trying to make you believe in the placebo. If you do not believe in it, then it does not work and of course it might not work if you do believe in it. Some of the time it does though and of course I could use a pill that would make me believe that all of the work I put into the diet and the exercise will work out.
